Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We’re sorry but we cannot fulfill orders outside the U.S. Thank you for your understanding!
How long does order processing take after submission?
Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we’ll initiate processing immediately. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping delivery takes 7-18 business days, and the actual timeframe may be subject to delays due to logistics carrier efficiency, customs clearance progress, and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas). Thank you for your understanding.
How can I track my order?
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us.

What if the product I received has quality issues?
If the received product has quality defects, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos/videos of the issue. After verifying the situation, we’ll arrange a free return, exchange, or replacement for you, and we’ll cover the related shipping costs.
