Shipping policy
1. Shipping Cost
Pricing is based on product weight. Please check the cost at the checkout page.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Shipping Time: 6-12 days
- Processing Time: 3-10 days
Note: During peak seasons and promotional sales, delivery might take a little longer.
3. Where Do We Deliver?
U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays.
Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
4. How Can I Track My Order?
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.
As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take a few days before the tracking information is available.
5. What Should I Do If the Delivery Is Delayed / What If My Package Is Lost?
Our parcels are delivered by logistics companies, which can track the logistics status in real time. However, if the delay/loss is caused by unforeseen circumstances, we sincerely apologize. We can offer the following assistance:
A. Maintain Communication with Our Service Team
We understand that package delays are frustrating. Please ensure we are informed of your package status. We will keep in touch with you and provide timely updates on your package status, along with an explanation of the situation.
B. Track Your Goods in Real Time
If you notice a delay at any time during the shipment process, you can take the following actions:
- We can send a replacement package using a faster shipping method.
- If there is a delay and you need the package urgently, please contact us. We may re-issue the package using alternative shipping methods depending on the situation.
6. About Canceling Your Order
You can cancel your order. We accept order cancellations before product processing begins. If the order is canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding!
Note: You will be notified by email once the order has been shipped. Therefore, the order cannot be canceled after the goods have been shipped. If you no longer want your package, you can contact us to arrange a return after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!
